Welcome to StoreWizard, operated by WIDO PLUTO SP. Z O.O. (“we”, “us”, or “our”).
These Terms of Use outline the rules and regulations for using the StoreWizard browser extension and related websites, including storewizard.app (“the Service”).

By accessing or using StoreWizard, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Service.

1. Definitions

  • “User”, “You”, “Your” — the individual or entity using StoreWizard.

  • “Service” — the StoreWizard browser extension and any associated web dashboards, pages, or APIs provided by WIDO PLUTO SP. Z O.O.

  • “Subscription” — paid access to premium StoreWizard features.

  • “Content” — any information, data, or output generated, viewed, or exported through StoreWizard.

2. License

Unless otherwise stated, WIDO PLUTO SP. Z O.O. and/or its licensors own all intellectual property rights in the StoreWizard extension, website, and related materials.
All rights are reserved.

You may:

  • Use StoreWizard for your personal or business use, subject to these Terms.

  • View, download, and freely use price exports, reports, or other generated outputs for your own work, commercially or otherwise.

You may not:

  • Copy, modify, resell, redistribute, or sublicense StoreWizard or any part of its code or design.

  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise access the source code of the Service.

  • Share your license or paid account with others.

Reselling or redistributing StoreWizard or any derivative product based on its operation is strictly prohibited.

3. Use of the Service

StoreWizard helps App Store and Google Play developers automatically calculate and apply regional pricing for their apps.

The Service includes both:

  • A free plan with limited functionality, and

  • Paid subscription plans offering additional tools and automation features.

We may introduce a web dashboard (e.g., storewizard.app) in the future, where you can log in to manage your account, billing, and data.

You are responsible for ensuring that:

  • All data you provide is accurate and lawful.

  • Your use of StoreWizard complies with the App Store, Google Play, and any other third-party platform policies relevant to your business.

4. Payment and Refunds

Payments for StoreWizard’s paid plans are processed securely through Paddle, our payment partner.

  • Subscriptions may be purchased on a weekly, monthly, or annual basis.

  • Unless otherwise stated, all subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled.

  • You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Paddle account or by contacting our support team.

  • Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase. After that period, payments are non-refundable.

5. User Data and Privacy

To provide and improve our Service, StoreWizard may collect limited data, including:

  • Your email address (for login, billing, and support purposes)

  • Anonymous usage analytics (to understand and improve product performance)

We do not collect or store API tokens, credentials, or other sensitive developer keys.

Your use of StoreWizard is also governed by our full Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property related to StoreWizard, including trademarks, code, design elements, and logos, remains the exclusive property of WIDO PLUTO SP. Z O.O.

You retain full ownership of:

  • Any data you input into the Service.

  • Any content or pricing exports generated through your use of StoreWizard.

You are responsible for ensuring that the exports you use comply with your local laws and with any applicable App Store or Google Play developer guidelines.

7. Third-Party Links and Content

StoreWizard may include links to third-party websites or services.
We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of those external sites. Accessing them is at your own risk.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

StoreWizard is provided “as is” and “as available”.
We make no warranties or representations of any kind, express or implied, regarding the Service’s reliability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.

We cannot guarantee that StoreWizard will function uninterrupted or error-free on all systems or browsers.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WIDO PLUTO SP. Z O.O. shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service.

This includes, but is not limited to, loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

THIS SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED BY THE COPYRIGHT HOLDERS AND CONTRIBUTORS "AS IS" AND ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE DISCLAIMED. IN NO EVENT SHALL ROTATO INC BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE GOODS OR SERVICES; LOSS OF USE, DATA, OR PROFITS; OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION) HOWEVER CAUSED AND ON ANY THEORY OF LIABILITY, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE OR OTHERWISE) ARISING IN ANY WAY OUT OF THE USE OF THIS SOFTWARE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to StoreWizard at any time if you breach these Terms or misuse the Service.
Upon termination, your right to use StoreWizard will immediately cease.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Warsaw, Poland.

12. End User License Agreement (EULA)

This EULA is an agreement between you and WIDO PLUTO SP. Z O.O. granting you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to install and use the StoreWizard browser extension solely for your personal or business use.

You may install and use StoreWizard on any compatible browser account you control, provided it is used in accordance with these Terms.
You may not distribute, rent, lease, lend, sell, or sublicense StoreWizard or any portion of its code or functionality.

By installing or using StoreWizard, you acknowledge that:

  • The software is licensed, not sold.

  • Ownership of all intellectual property rights remains with WIDO PLUTO SP. Z O.O.

  • Any violation of this EULA or misuse of the software may result in immediate termination of your license and access.
